Non-returnable Items

• Customized or personalized 3D prints (unless damaged on arrival).

• Clearance or discounted products marked “Final Sale.”

Refund Process

• Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days via original payment method.

• In case of replacements, dispatch timelines depend on product availability.

Return Shipping

• For damaged or incorrect items, Fast3D covers return shipping.

• For other reasons, customers may bear return shipping charges.
