• All orders are subject to acceptance and availability.

• Prices listed are inclusive/exclusive of applicable taxes, as specified at checkout.

• We reserve the right to cancel any order if:

  • The product is out of stock.

  • Payment authorization fails.

  • Fraudulent activity is suspected.

• Payments must be made using the methods accepted on our website.

3. Product Information

• Fast3D specializes in 3D-printed products, both ready-made and custom.

• While we strive for accuracy, slight variations in color, size, and finish may occur due to the nature of 3D printing.

• Images on the website are for illustrative purposes only.

4. Shipping & Delivery

• Shipping timelines are estimates and may vary depending on logistics partners and location.

• Risk of loss passes to the customer once the product is delivered to the shipping carrier.

• Customers must provide accurate delivery information. We are not responsible for failed deliveries due to incorrect addresses.

5. Returns & Refunds

• Returns are only accepted as per our Returns & Refunds Policy.

• Customized or personalized products are non-returnable unless defective on arrival.

6. Intellectual Property

• All content on the Fast3D website, including logos, product designs, text, images, and graphics, is the intellectual property of Fast3D unless otherwise stated.

• You may not copy, reproduce, or use our content for commercial purposes without prior written permission.

7. Use of Services

• You agree not to misuse our website or services, including but not limited to hacking, scraping, or engaging in unlawful activities.

• We reserve the right to restrict or terminate your access if misuse is detected.

8. Limitation of Liability

• Fast3D is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of product use, shipping delays, or third-party logistics issues.

• Our liability, if proven, is limited to the value of the product purchased.

9. Indemnity

• You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Fast3D, its employees, and partners from any claims, damages, or expenses arising out of your misuse of our services or violation of these Terms.

10. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

• These Terms shall be governed by and construed under the laws of India.

• Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh (or your preferred business jurisdiction).

• Fast3D may update these Terms from time to time. Updates will be posted on this page with the revised date.

• Continued use of our services implies acceptance of the updated Terms.
